As a Logistics Flow Apprentice (M/F) , you will support the Logistics & Packaging Sites team in analyzing, improving, and managing internal and external logistics flows.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Map material and information flows and identify major malfunctions
• Analyze logistics performance (Quality, Delivery times, Costs, HSE)
• Propose Lean improvements (5S, VSM, Kanban, PDCA/DMAIC)
• Develop and present action plans to logistics/production managers
• Implement the selected actions and support the field teams
• Track results via KPIs and ensure PDCA cycle implementation

To succeed in this role, you must:

 

 

• Prepare for a BTS or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Lean
• Possess essential Lean knowledge : 5S, VSM, Kanban
• Possess a strong command of Excel for data analysis.
• Demonstrate rigor , analytical thinking , and a keen sense of field observation.
• Being autonomous, curious and proactive
• Knowing how to synthesize and clearly present your results
• Be comfortable interacting with a variety of people (store, production, transport). Have a working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Mastering the office suite
