As a Product Quality Engineering Apprentice (M/F) , you will join the Production department and work closely with the Quality Manager and the entire team. Your role will be to contribute to the development of quality tools, the analysis of non-conformities, and the continuous improvement of product performance.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

 

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the eNCR non-conformity processing tool .
• Participate in optimizing the process for controlling non-conforming products .
• Monitor and analyze non-conformities in relation to the various departments involved (production, methods, logistics, etc.).
• Provide your support in developing production quality indicators and the costs of non-quality .
• Participate in cost reduction actions and quality improvement projects in production.
• Contribute to updating quality documentation within the QMS (Quality Management System).

To succeed in this role, you must:

 

 

• Prepare for a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or in a similar field.
• Demonstrate rigor, organization and a good ability to adapt.
• Appreciate teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Possessing good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite ; knowledge of Power Apps or Power BI is an asset.
