Plenitude On The Road is looking for a B2B Sales Administration Manager (M/F/X) to join the B2B Sales department, dedicated to electric mobility.
The role aims to provide operational support to the sales team in developing sales of charging solutions and infrastructure, contributing to customer satisfaction and the smooth running of sales operations.
Reporting to : Head of B2B Sales
Main Mission : Ensure the fluidity of administrative and commercial processes, as well as the quality and compliance of operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Operational support and guidance for sales teams:

 

  • Prepare and manage business documents: quotes, offers, contracts, technical specifications
  • Verify the creditworthiness of prospective companies before they are taken on by the sales team.


Sales administration, reporting and billing management:

 

 

  • Capture, track and update customer and opportunity information in internal tools
  • Analyze data and produce a monthly report from the CRM and active projects
  • Daily use of SAP, internal CRMs, and other management tools
  • Coordinate the issuance of invoices with the Administration, Finance and Controlling teams in Italy
  • Verify the accuracy of billing information and ensure deadlines are met.


Coordination of internal processes:

 

 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and commercial procedures
  • Manage any administrative anomalies and ensure information is relayed to the relevant teams.
  • Communicate process updates internally to ensure team alignment.


Document management:

 

 

  • Organize, classify and archive (physically and digitally) all documents related to clients, contracts and projects


Profile sought

 

 

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in sales administration, ideally in a technology or energy environment
  • Competences techniques :
    • Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Personal skills :
    • Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and attention to detail
    • Team spirit and results orientation
  • Education : University degree in business administration, economics, management or equivalent
  • Languages : Fluent French and English; Italian is an asset
