As a Junior Systems, Methodologies, Aviation Standards , you will be part of the Logistics team , where you will contribute to the definition and updating of technical standards in the field of air transport, in compliance with current international regulations.
Main activities:
- Perform and supervise the technical qualification processes of FW, RW and UAS (drone) Operators
- Support the headquarters Logistics department in defining and updating technical standards for air transport (Rotary Wings, Fixed Wings, UAS), in compliance with current international regulations
- Preparation, review and modification of technical specifications for the procurement of aeronautical services (including UAS) through tenders and evaluation of technical tender offers
- Planning, participation and execution of Third Party Audits and management of follow-up for the closure of non-conformities
- Support Eni business units in inspection and mapping activities through the use of UAS (drones)
- Reporting on aviation activities to meet regulatory and KPI monitoring requirements
- Support Eni operators and business units in the continuous improvement of the SMS
- Provide assistance in defining budgets and controlling costs for air transport activities, including defining the fleets required for the safe execution of operations
- Promote safety:
- Support awareness and understanding of aviation management processes and organization across all operational areas
- Dissemination of lesson learned
- Exchange of information with external agencies (Regulatory Bodies, Sub-Committees, etc.)
- Participation in accident and near miss investigations.
Required characteristics:
- Master's degree in Engineering, preferably aeronautical
- Professional experience of no more than 3 years with airline operators gained in one or more of the following fields:
- flight operations and/or crew training
- continued airworthiness and maintenance
- safety e quality
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Availability for national and international mobility.
The profile is completed by:
- Possession of a certification for piloting UAS (drones), together with specific work experience in the sector
- Fixed or rotary wing pilot license and/or aircraft maintenance license.
