Imagine your job:
As a Junior ICT Service Management , you will join Enilive SpA , within the Architecture, Digital App & Governance team . Specifically, the team you will work with will be responsible for participating in relevant and cross-functional project initiatives, managing the impacts on IT service management by constantly collaborating with Eni's Digital Information Technology functions, and coordinating the management and resolution of incidents.
Main activities:
- Participate in project initiatives by identifying components and services of the solution, the related ownership and contributing to the definition of the operating model
- Contribute to monitoring and ensuring that IT services are in line with business expectations, proposing, where necessary, a service evolution model
- Work closely with all DIT units to ensure support for the resolution of critical and/or high business impact incidents
- Contribute to problem qualification with the aim of supporting continuous service improvement
- Work closely with DIT units to ensure technical support for Enilive multimedia events (at Eni sites or with Enilive senior participation)
- Support Enilive subsidiaries in Italy, abroad and local sites in relation to the services provided by DIT.
Required characteristics:
- Master's degree in STEM or Economics
- Work experience up to 3 years
- Knowledge of SAAS, Cloud, Hybrid Cloud solutions and Cyber Security issues related to the IT and TLC world will be considered a plus, as well as knowledge of IT and TLC Operations processes, preferably in the Energy sector.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
