Overview

Performance Energy is supporting a deepwater offshore completions campaign in Asia, delivering open hole gravel pack (OHGP) sand control operations on a dual-activity floating rig. We are seeking experienced Sand Control Supervisors to oversee offshore execution and ensure safe, efficient delivery of completions operations.



Role Purpose

The Sand Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of OHGP operations offshore, managing crews, ensuring adherence to procedures, and maintaining high HSE and operational standards. This role acts as the key on-site leader from the service company side.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise offshore open hole gravel pack (OHGP) operations

  • Manage sand control crews, equipment, and operational processes

  • Ensure execution in line with SOPs and approved programmes

  • Maintain full compliance with HSE and wellsite standards

  • Oversee reporting and operational performance tracking

  • Coordinate activities on a dual-activity floating rig

Essential Experience

  • Proven deepwater sand control experience

  • Strong background in OHGP completions

  • Experience supervising offshore sand control operations

  • Ability to manage high-pressure offshore environments



Preferred / Advantageous Background

  • Experience on floating rigs

  • Strong leadership and crew management capability

  • Experience working with major service companies

  • Ability to mobilise within project timelines



Certifications (Mandatory)

  • BOSIET

  • Valid offshore medical



Additional Information

  • Rotational offshore role (28/28 or 35/35)

  • 9-month contract duration

  • Mobilisation targeted for July / August

  • Interview process scheduled for early May
