Work with us

! The candidate will be responsible for the disassembly, assembly, inspection, testing, and machining of components for various types of Baker Hughes products, following applicable technical specifications, product drawings, and manufacturing processes. All activities must be performed in compliance with the safety and quality standards defined by the company for their areas of expertise.

As an operator, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Compile the item disassembly/assembly plan, identify materials, perform preliminary checks on the condition of the parts in accordance with the applicable specifications.

 

 

 

  • Workplace and compliance with production station management rules

 

 

 

  • Suggest actions to improve the activities carried out by him/her in accordance with the spirit of the company's continuous improvement program;

 

 

 

  • Participate in weekly discussions on safety and quality topics within the team (Safety & Quality Talk).


Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role you will need to:

 

 

 

 

  • Have a high school diploma (preferably Mechanical Expert)

 

 

 

 

  • Preferably have experience in turbomachinery machining and/or assembly

 

 

 

 

  • Have knowledge of Oil & Gas sector products

 

 

 

 

  • Demonstrate expertise in precision mechanical assembly

 

 

 

 

  • Be available to work shifts (including weekends, if necessary)

 

 

 

 

  • Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications

 

 

 

 

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments

 

 

 

 

  • Demonstrate computer skills (using Excel, Word, email, etc.)

 

 

 

 

  • Possess an aptitude for teamwork

 

 

 

 

  • Be in possession of an EU Work Permit
