• Coordinate and verify implementation of onshore execution.
• Ensure that the work performed is in accordance with the contract, technical standards, and specifications and that they meet the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards acceptable to the Shell HSSE Control Framework.
• Plan, sequence and execute offshore construction and installation activities.
• Co-ordinate and verify applicable worksite protocols not limited to; mobilization, and equipment checklist / certification
• Identify critical equipment and lifts.
• Ensure that site works are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
• Monitor compliance to the Shell standard work process compliance and COVID 19
• Attend daily worksite meetings to address progress, planning, engineering and HSE issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure specifications / approved procedures and applicable MOC (if any) are implemented.
• Ensure applicable engineered and non-engineered lift plans are reviewed and endorsed for use by the SME
• Ensure worksite toolbox protocol and hazard assessment are conducted and signed-off for site specific activity.
• Verify all applicable equipment and rigging certifications are valid and available, tagged and logged with the worksite coordinator.
• Confirm permit to work system is in place and active.
• Ensuring that the chemicals (where applicable) are stored and labelled properly, and that the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and COSHH for these chemicals are available with the chemicals and understood by those working with them, reviewed and filed for reference
• Ensure regular inspection of the worksite is conducted as frequent as possible.
• Hold job-specific meetings with the work team prior to commencement of work; ensuring all applicable signs off on the attendance sheet.
• Participate in worksite shift change-over meetings and toolbox talks
• Ensure all daily reports are adequately logged and resultant lesson learnt captured.
• Monitor and report project progress. Determine and take corrective action as necessary to ensure delivery to promise.
• Ensure the worksite is secured and clear of equipment(s) and associated aids post work completion
• Participate in and provide offshore perspective/inputs in Constructability reviews, risk assessment, SIMOPs, HAZOP, HAZID and other critical assessments to support Offshore installation.

• Review and implementation of Construction Site Safety Systems on onshore construction worksites
• Development and implementation of resource plans and forecasts
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
