As a Technical Customer Success Manager (M/F), you will establish and develop our customer relationships to promote adoption, value creation, retention, and loyalty around our Cordant software solutions. You will be the main point of contact for customer requests and will escalate issues as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Providing expertise to ensure the sustainable success and growth of our clients throughout the post-sales cycle: training, coaching, professional services, technical support, achieving results, retention, expansion and client advocacy.
  • Ensuring the management of the System 1™ installed base, long-term service contracts, and the digital transformation of our clients in the oil and gas, power generation, and industrial markets sectors.
  • To ensure understanding of our clients' organizational and IT strategies as well as their business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Gather their feedback and represent their interests internally to influence product development and support clients throughout implementation
    and integration to ensure optimal onboarding from day one.
  • Promote product use and adoption by informing customers about its features and best practices.

 

 

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with solution architects and the sales team.
  • Collaborating with clients to highlight their successes (case studies, webinars, conferences, etc.).
  • Monitor customer performance indicators, usage data, anticipate risks, guarantee timely contract renewals, and maintain a high retention rate.

To succeed in this role, you must:

 

 

  • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or school (or a high school diploma/GED with several years of engineering/technology experience).
  • Demonstrate expertise in asset management, reliability and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate experience with System 1™, similar vibration diagnostic software, or an APM solution.
  • Demonstrate experience in building strong client relationships and advocating for their interests/success.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills through the development of solutions.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Having the ability and willingness to undertake frequent travel in Europe and internationally (approximately 60%).
