The Cementing Department is experiencing increased activity following new contract awards, and we are therefore seeking engaged and experienced Offshore Supervisors within Cementing. The position includes operational and leadership responsibility for offshore operators. The primary workplace will be offshore; however, periods of onshore work must be expected.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate offshore cementing operations
- Overall offshore operational responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up
- Provide operational and technical leadership to offshore operators
- Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with procedures and standards
- Quality control of chemicals, equipment, and cementing operations
- Follow-up of logistics and inventory control
- X-PSL tasks and cooperation
- Act as a role model and driver for HSE activities, including risk assessments
- Maintain close cooperation with customers, operators, and other offshore personnel
Qualifications
- Solid offshore cementing experience
- Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role is preferred
- Technical background within petroleum, mechanical disciplines, or cementing
- Trade certificates are an advantage; relevant experience may compensate
- Good command of both Norwegian and English
