As an HSEQ EXPERT , you will join the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality department . Specifically, you will perform a cross-functional role, providing support within the HSEQ Governance & Cross- functional unit , which is responsible for updating Eni's HSE regulatory framework, analyzing and monitoring HSE data and KPIs, as well as directing and coordinating HSEQ training and Eni's control activities. Main activities:
- Design of HSE training interventions also in response to regulatory developments
- Data analysis, monitoring, and KPI reporting related to HSEQ governance activities (management review and reporting to internal control committees)
- Participation in HSE technical audit teams
Required characteristics:
- Master's degree in engineering, physics or chemistry; different and/or lower qualifications will be considered in the event of significant experience in the field
- At least 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of the main Integrated Management Systems (quality, environment, safety, energy) and of the elements of the ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 19011, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards
- Knowledge of the main HSEQ regulations
- Knowledge of the English language
The profile is completed by:
- Qualification as an internal auditor of HSE management systems
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
