As a Lead Sales Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, collaborate with internal cross functional team, and coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries.

As a Lead Sales Specialist- Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects, within a geographic area
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring client advice.
  • Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price
  • Handling diverse clients in a geographic area
  • Cooperating with different groups to realize sales.
  • Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's from an accredited uni or college
  • Have at least 5 yr of experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids, with Minimum of 4 additional yr of experience in Sales.
  • Have products knowledge in drilling and completion fluids.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and have a structured efficient approach to responding to customer needs
  • Display aptitude for building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Have knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, its competitors, products, markets, key players and customers
  • Be skilled at communicating complex technical to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
