Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent for Oil & Gas (E&P / Process) operations.

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate
• 12+ years of plant maintenance experience
• Experience in Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plant maintenance & inspection activities
• Develop preventive and risk-based maintenance strategies
• Monitor KPIs and improve equipment reliability
• Manage shutdown planning & spare parts inventory
• Conduct RCA/FMEA and drive defect elimination
• Ensure compliance with QHSE & ISO standards?

Maintenance & Reliability Management:

Develop and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for rotating equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Lead contractors and teams, manage spare parts and vendor relationships, conduct risk assessments and RCA, and drive plant reliability improvements through collaboration and MOC processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and Responsible Care policies to meet operational and performance targets.
