  • 1.Support the company CSU Manager in the delivery of overall Commissioning scope for the project, acting as CSU Manager's eyes and ears for day-to-day delivery.

  • 2. Influence the contractor to build the desired HSSE culture in both the owner and contractor teams to achieve Goal Zero.

  • 3. Manage HSSE within area of responsibility and support the development of HSSE in Transition Plan.

  • 4. Lead the CSU Emergency Response (ER) preparedness & readiness.
