We are seeking an experienced Wireline Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the daily wireline operations in line with our client's company policies and expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational planning, and technical wireline expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate wireline crew activities in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.

?Ensure clear communication between wireline crew, customers, and internal teams.

?Verify personnel competence, training, and readiness for tasks.

?Oversee equipment and PPE allocation.

?Develop and audit procedures for asset transport and deployment.

?Manage crew work programs and optimize workforce scheduling.

?Monitor inventory, operating expenses, and contribute to business unit financial performance.

?Support safe, efficient, and cost-effective field operations.

?Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Segment Leader or Country Manager.

 

Requirements:

?B.Sc / B.Eng / HND in a relevant Engineering discipline.

Minimum 7 years of wireline field operations experience, including gun loading and tools.

?At least 1 year of experience in a wireline operations management role.

?Proficiency in inventory management, costing, and proposal preparation.

?Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

?Proficient with computers and capable of multitasking under pressure.

?Excellent time management and organizational skills.

?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
