Objectives:
Responsible for the execution of drilling operations for all rigs under area of responsibility according to established operational procedures and HSE standards. Will be responsible to Senior Manager Operation & Technical Asset.

Requirements:
· Prepare work plan including man power plan and budget based on drilling program proposed by Client
· Negotiate with the Client on special conditions or problems to be solved during preparation and execution of drilling program
· Coordinate and monitor all activities in order to ensure the smoothness of rig operations for each rig
· Ensure the implementation of established operational guideline and QHSE standards
· Have excellent technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore operation
· Excellent knowledge of rig emergency systems and procedures
· Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
· Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig practices
· Have practical knowledge on budgeting and cost control
· Legislative safe work practice knowledge
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Rig Manager position in Oil & Gas Industry
· Have valid IWCF/IADC certification
· Have valid APB Migas certification is an advantage
· Minimum Diploma with engineering background
· Have experience on overseas project will be an advantage
· Proficient in English (written & oral)
