Kerndell, a leading provider of quality management and compliance services to the oil, gas, and energy sectors, is seeking a highly experienced ISO 9001 trainer to support our clients in providing in-depth and engaging training for ISO 9001.

As Kerndell's ISO 9001 trainer, you will provide clear, practical instruction to help participants understand the structure, purpose, and key concepts of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The ideal candidate has a strong training background and can explain quality management principles in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner for teams with little to no experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site training sessions tailored to a beginner-level audience
• Introduce the purpose and benefits of ISO 9001 and its role in business operations
• Break down the structure and clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Use real-world examples and interactive exercises to improve engagement and retention
• Answer questions and clarify misconceptions related to quality management concepts
• Assess participant understanding and adapt as needed to ensure comprehension

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing ISO 9001 training
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to train non-technical audiences
• Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial environments is a plus
• Must be available for in-person training in the Houston area
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor
