Job Description

We are looking for new Class 3 drivers to support our used oil collection services across Quebec. This is local route only, no overnight stays, and overtime after 40 hours only.

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Drive a closed box truck and/or tractor and trailer;
  • 50% driving and 50% manual labor;
  • Handling and recovery of various containers;
  • Complete various administrative documents;
  • Comply with the company's Health, Safety and Environment standards.
  • Carry out any other related tasks.


Qualifications

Requirements & skills required

 

 

  • Possess a valid class 3 driving license with steps and willingness to obtain a valid class 1 driving license within the next 12 months following hiring ( mandatory );
  • Possess a valid class 1 driving license (advantage):
  • Good command of written and spoken French;
  • Excellent physical condition, good endurance, ability to lift loads;
  • Availability to make several trips, sometimes over several days;
  • Autonomy;
  • Focus on health and safety.


Environment and working conditions:

 

 

  • Permanent position offered on a full-time basis, with working hours from Monday to Friday
  • Shift that starts around 6:00 AM
  • Increased overtime after only 40 hours
  • No overnight stays, return home after each shift
