Service dimension / Missions

• Responsible for ensuring efficient preparation, execution, follow-up and reporting of the FPSO hull tanks repair and hull structure
activities, Buoy maintenance and upgrade works, and set up the Mooring Failure Contingency Plan.
• Responsible for ensuring adequate interfaces and efficient communication between site (FPSO), shore base support (Luanda) and
Headquarter (Paris) related to HBM works.
• Responsible for ensuring availability of complete set of "tank condition summary files" and participate to its preparation.
• Responsible for development and implementation of the "scope of works sheets".
• Responsible for updating HBM Service cards data base
HSE
• Adopt & demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements as well Company Ethics & "Code of Conduct"
policy.
• Ensure both Total EP Referential and Total EP Angola local procedures related to HSE are applied within his/her area of responsibility.
• Promote innovation to reduce the risk exposure in particular for the Tanks scope.
• Promote Safety culture with vendors ( in particular for Rope access, Suspended scaffolding )
Activity Description
For Hull tank inspection repairs activities:
• Develop and adapt the tanks work program in order tp recover inspection and repairs back log , close CoC as soon as practically feasible.
• Support technically discussions with BV on Class renewal.
• Investigate improvent of the tank cleaning method to reduce manhours and risk exposure.
• Investigate improvement repairs method improvement.
• Prepare initial "scope of works sheet" based on the associated Service cards the element of the "tank condition summary file",
• Ensure adequate training and safety measures implementation on Site.
For Buoy activities:
• Ensure adequate maintenance and design improvement to preserve Main roller bearing.
• Seek for Buoys Service cards optimization, preparation and execution.
For Mooring activities:
• Put inplace the Mooring Failure Contingency Plan
• Ensure mooring platforms and windlass refurbishement by end of 2026 allowing performance of links displacement
• Launch procurement activities for spare mooring line
Context and environment
Dalia LifeX consists of extending life of Dalia Asset by 20 years up to 2045.
• Position offshore , on rotational basis, with possibility to support GIR-LIFEX activities, on request.
• Challenging environnemnt with FPSO Hull structure ageing and high POB constrains.
• Class renewal in 2026
• High risks situations ( confined spaced, Hot work, working at height)
• Innovations with RAT welding, suspended scaffolding...
Accountabilities
• In charge of HBM packages execution.
• To optimize tanks inspection and repairs program considering Class renewal , POB and Budget constrains.
• Act as Focal point with relevant TEPA entities ( DAL-SR, Site, Safmar, Log) for HBM work program.
• Act as Focal point with HQ TEC SMA
• To Participate to technical review with SR-DAL in preparation of 5-Week Look Ahead and 4-Month Look Ahead meetings
Qualifications/Experience required
• Education: BSc in Naval Architecture or Maritime education degree
• Professional experience: 10 years in similar domain, experience in naval and offshore construction activities (construction,
maintenance), project management, project planning.
• Languages: English mandatory, Portuguese is a plus.
• Good communication skills, organizational skills, autonomous, positive attitude, motivated and team spirit mandatory.
• Knowledge of Evision/ePERMIT Dalia site application is an advantage
• Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. Primavera) and SAP-Unisup is an advantage
• BOSIET / HUET mandatory
