DRILLING LEAD - OFFICE SIDED POSITION

Performance Energy are currently looking for a Drilling Lead to join an onshore office sided project in South Asia. The project is due to run for 6 months with potential for extension moving forwards. Candidate needs to have operated in a position leading operations previously and will be capable of working closely with the onsite team, reservoir engineers and fracking team for planning and executing required works.

In addition to this the candidate will have extensive knowledge of a wide variety of drilling and evaluation phases including M/LWD & PLT. Candidate must come from a background where they have worked on projects in a US Shale formation. For the purposes of ensuring the project runs successfully the candidate must have a BHA background covering a number of year.

In terms of working experience, the client is open to candidates either from Oil company or service company backgrounds. If coming from a service company it is essential that the candidate comes with experience of Integrated Projects.

We are looking to hire an experienced candidate for this campaign, which will start from July.

Minimum Experience Required:

- US shale formation experience
- Operational background as a Drilling Engineer
- In depth understanding of BHA operations
- Confidence in working well with various teams on project
- Capable of integrating quickly into a team environment
