NES Advantage is now looking for a: Senior Senior AVEVA System Administrator to join SLB Capturi team. 

SLB Capturi is a leading carbon capture technology company.

SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. They have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, SLB Capturi is delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, they are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Orsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials. 
 
What will you be doing

We are looking for an experienced Senior AVEVA System Administrator to manage and maintain the AVEVA software suite (Engineering, ERM, Diagrams, E3D). You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution through system configuration, user support, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Support
    • Set up and configure AVEVA Engineering and related tools based on project needs
    • Manage project access, permissions, and user support
    • Customize datasheets, grids, reports, and intelligent lists
    • Maintain and develop data models, including class structures and attributes
    • Configure revision and status control
    • Support and streamline data entry through automation and integration
    Workflow & Process Optimization
    • Work with engineering teams to improve workflows and ensure alignment with project standards
    • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide technical guidance to users
    Collaboration & Training
    • Collaborate across disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, CAD)
    • Conduct training and onboarding sessions for AVEVA users
    Documentation
      Create and maintain documentation for configuration, workflows, and best practices

      Qualifications:

      • Degree in Engineering or relevant technical diploma
      • At least 5-7 years of experience in engineering software administration
      • Minimum 2 years with AVEVA Diagrams, Engineering, and E3D
      • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
      • Good communication and documentation skills
      • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
      • Fluent in English

      Work location: Fornebu (Oslo), Norway 
      Contract duration: 1 year with option for extension
