As an Expert Operations & Performance Monitoring, you will be part of BePower . In particular, the Technical Operations & Performance Monitoring team follows the monitoring, management and maintenance of Be Charge's electric vehicle charging infrastructures with the aim of keeping our Charging Point Operator (CPO) charging network aligned with the highest quality standards and in the best operating conditions.
Main activities:
- Optimize and design workflows and processes;
- Collect, analyze and interpret company data to monitor project progress, identify anomalies, resolve critical issues and prepare reports;
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess project success and continuously analyze progress and data to identify any areas for improvement;
- Monitor and manage operational issues related to the interoperability of our CPO with Mobility Service Providers (MSPs);
- Support the TOPMO team in day-to-day activities related to the monitoring, management and maintenance of charging infrastructures.
Required features:
Master's degree in engineering. Different degrees and fields of study may be considered based on significant experience in the role.
- At least 3 years of experience gained in similar contexts.
- Knowledge of functional analysis.
- Excellent command of data analysis and problem solving applied to data quality.
- Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools, with a good knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate and AI basics.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
