As a Backoffice Contract Management Expert - belonging to the protected categories (art.1), you will join BePower . In particular, the Engineering & Operations department is responsible for implementing the business plan in terms of design, installation, testing, monitoring and maintenance of Be Charge's electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Main activities:
- Monitor and supervise all activities required in the contract management field including those required by the company ERP.
- Manage administrative activities arising from the exercise of existing contracts.
- Coordinate activities related to the contracting of new suppliers or the renewal of existing contracts through the activation and management of procurement procedures.
Required features:
- Master's degree in STEM disciplines. Other qualifications will be considered if with significant experience in the role.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract analysis and management for main contractors, preferably in the industrial plants sector.
- Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools, with knowledge in Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate and AI basics appreciated; familiarity with ERP such as SAP.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret business and financial data to monitor project performance, identify trends and anomalies, and prepare reports to support budgeting.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, budgets, balance sheets and purchase order management, including database organization and tracking business performance against goals.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
