Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Make follow-up calls to customers who have been inactive for 1-2 years
  • Analyze and monitor customer accounts with declining revenues
  • Identify opportunities for account reactivation
  • Update the customer database
  • Prepare monitoring reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team

  • Qualifications

    Required requirements:
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Experience in customer service
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Bilingualism required
    • Organizational skills and rigor
    • Results Orientation

    Work environment:

    Temporary position for a duration of 6 months, full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday during the day.
