Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily safety routines during shutdown operations - including isolations, confined space entry, and heavy equipment movements.
• Assist in conducting safety inductions, inspections, and real-time reporting of unsafe acts/conditions.
• Reinforce compliance with PPE, safety signage, emergency response plans, and PTW.
• Document all safety observations and follow up on action items from incident reviews.

 

Requirements

·Diploma in Engineering, Health & Safety or other related technical specialization.

·NEBOSH IGC qualification or equivalent internationally recognized occupational HSE qualification.

·ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification or equivalent is preferred.

·Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills. Mandarin speaking is a plus.

·Minimum of 5 years of HSE management experience in execution of offshore construction projects.

·BOSIET and H2S Certified.

·Employment is subjected to QE and/or NOC approval
