Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE strategy and planning for all shutdown-specific activities in compliance with QatarEnergy standards and ISO certifications (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
• Conduct pre-shutdown safety audits and manage Permit to Work (PTW) protocols during intensive execution windows.
• Interface with client HSE teams and subcontractors to maintain seamless compliance across all disciplines.
• Lead incident investigations and enforce timely corrective actions with full documentation and follow-up.

 

Requirements

·English bilingual, Mandarin preferred as optional

·Must have Qatar official certification or any other valid safety certification

· Minimum of 10 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work

· Minimum of 3 years offshore experience

· BOSIET and H2S certificate

· Employ subject to QE approval
