Project: Brownfield EPC Shutdown (Oil & Gas)
Job Type: Shutdown

Job Purpose:

To ensure that piping fabrication, erection, welding, testing, and related construction activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, approved procedures, and international codes/standards for the EPC shutdown works on offshore platforms and jackets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection and surveillance of piping works on jackets and topsides in line with approved ITPs and project specifications.
• Monitor pipe material traceability, dimensional checks, and welding activities as per WPS, PQR, and WPQ.
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, B31.8, API 1104, and related international piping codes.
• Ensure weld map traceability and welding summary logs are properly maintained.
• Coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, PT, MT) and interpret results with NDT technicians.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or AWS-CWI certification.
• ASNT/PCN Level II in RT, UT, PT, MT (preferred).
• Valid offshore survival (BOSIET), H2S, and medical certification.
• Familiarity with shutdown and EPC project environments in the offshore sector (Middle East experience preferred).

Experience Required:

·Labor personnel must be skilled workers

·Can read drawings

·BOSIET + H2S certificate.

·Minimum of 2 years of pipe operation experience for offshore construction;
