Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PTW (Permit to Work) Coordinator to manage and control all permit-related activities during the shutdown phase of the EPC project. This role ensures safe and compliant execution of high-risk activities in a live offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Permit to Work system across multiple shutdown scopes, including hot work, confined space entry, lifting, and electrical isolation.
- Review and approve Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Task Risk Assessments (TRA), and Method Statements before issuing permits.
- Support pre-job briefings, SIMOPS coordination, and ensure LOTO procedures are correctly implemented.
- Report PTW violations or unsafe practices and implement corrective measures promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certification in Engineering or HSE-related field.
- 5-8 years' offshore experience with at least 3 years as PTW Coordinator in platform jackets and topsides in shutdown EPC projects.
- In-depth understanding of PTW systems used by QatarEnergy or major offshore clients in the GCC.
- H2S, BOSIET, and confined space training mandatory.
- Fluent English
- Mandarin preferred
