?JOB DESCRIPTION?

 

?Project Risk Engineer reporting to Project Control Manager

?The Project Risk Engineer role will be on Projects ( in the oil & gas upstream sectors) with different execution styles ranging from FEED's to EPC

?Implementation of the Risk management process during proposal and project execution

 

?RESPONSIBILITIES?

 

?Establishes and manages the risk organization, procedures & plans, tools for the project

?Identifies and assess the risks in all areas/disciplines through workshops and interviews of project stakeholders. Analysis and consolidates the information into the project risk register

?Works with the risks owners to define mitigation plan, fall back plan or optimizations to de-risk the future execution

?Prepare, organize and chairs the Risk management reviews

?Performs Quantitative Risk Assessment (Monte-carlo analysis) and schedule Risk Analysis to recommend and monitor the project contingency and the schedule reliability.

?Presents to the senior management the top risks and mitigation plans

?During project execution, prepares and communicates the project margin trend sensitivity to finance stakeholders

?Ensures appropriate reporting within the project management team, the risk management department and to the client if applicable

 

Field of expertise?

 

?Oil & Gas FEED/EPC stages for surface Facilities, Field development with major oil and gas operating company

?Demonstrate a good level of understanding of general project issues and a good awareness of cost

?Good Communication skills

?Team workers and able to take the chair meetings within multi-cultural teams and clients

?Fluent in English

?Skills in SAFRAN RISK ( Software for performing integrated cost and schedule risk analysis) is a plus
