JOB DESCRIPTION?

? Project reporting Engineer reporting to Project Control Manager

?The Project Reporting Engineer role will be on Projects ( in the Oil & Gas upstream sectors) with different execution styles ranging from FEEDs to EPC

?Project report preparation, reporting & data management

 

?RESPONSIBILITIES?

 

?Generate Project reports and distributes to project stakeholders

?Responsible for delivering the project reports, including developing various report formats, presentations and others, as required by the project team.

?Coordinate with stakeholders at the level as necessary to achieve project reporting objectives

?Assist Project Control Manager on data analysis, what if scenarios, identify bottle necks, critical items and assist follow-up with stakeholders

?Review consultant/contractor reports and provide constructive comments for improvement

?Enhance the report quality and presentation

?Responsible for maintaining the project Management Information System (PMIS) to support report generations

?Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
