re-commissioning & Commissioning CPF of plant process units, utilities and off-sites
?Examining the mechanical completion of the works, recording punch lists, issuing them to the contractor, supervising the clearing of punch list, reviewing the same and certifying for approval
?The commissioning Engineer will report to the Project Manager
?Coordinate with Engineering discipline specialists, project and office team regularly and as & when required, as per the hierarchy
?Coordinate with contractor and sub-contractor. Monitor the work and directs them in the right way of execution.
?RESPONSIBILITIES?
?Ensure the physical completion of the work has been carried out to completely fulfill the requirements of the project and engineering
?Execute and complete the work as per approved schedules and programs
?Recording the punch list, supervising and certifying the Punch list for clearing the mechanical completion of all facilities, Tanks, Vessels, Equipment, Piping, Pipelines, firewater / foam systems, electrical instrument, automation, etc
?reviewing the ITR's - Inspection, test and records, OTPs - operating test procedures and interface with the mechanical commissioning checklists, preparing the commissioning reports / certificates.
?Defining and analyzing spare parts lists, confirm availability of commission spares and check the status of 2 years operational spares, commissioning temporaries, etc.
?Conducting job safety analysis & HSE and maintain safety standards.
?Participate in design reviews, HAZOPS, risk assessment studies / reviews, operation review, etc and assist and coordinate with all discipline engineers
?Commissioning DCS readiness in conjunction with DCS installation & start-up, control & instrumentation loops with database concept
?Ensure that optimized production and effective troubleshooting is met
?Prepare and issue proposals for modifications of facilities, control & safety schemes operating system to ensure and enhance safety , reliability and performance.
?Operations readiness and assurance issues between operations personnel and construction personnel, interface and provide clarification and guidance and technical support to construction sites and commissioning engineers provide startup assistance
?Organize and schedule daily & periodical meetings as per the project requirements, prepare and circulate MOM for action, attend meetings of Contractor daily, weekly and monthly meetings, attend internal meetings of the company
