What are the main Tasks ?The main tasks of is job are: supervision of current and new projects, assurance of operations and maintenance of subarea wind farms, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, lifting equipment services, wind turbines performance analysis, day to day on site activity (site Legnica/Zlotoryja).
What are your Responsibilities? Lead Technician coordinates all service operations and delivery activities and controls the execution. Implements rules and regulations and leads Service operations and delivery teams of professionals.
* Implements internal rules and regulation.
* Ensures adherence to public and regional standards and regulations.
* Acts as first level escalation instance.
* Provides suitable work environment and implements people management processes.
* Coordinates Service operations and delivery activities and controls the execution according to the organizational guidelines.
* Leads and/or coordinates a group of dedicated qualified professionals locally to achieve the targets set.
What do I need to qualify for this job? The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified industrial
electrician and/ or mechanician.
Experience in heavy industrial / hydraulics and PLC control systems would be beneficial although not essential, we recognize that most electricians may not have hydraulic experience and so all our technicians receive extensive training.
