Job Description:
At least 10 years of experience in RCA or a related field within the refining and petrochemical sector.
Proven experience in leading RCA initiatives and implementing corrective actions.
Strong background in incident investigation (Taproot tool) and process improvement.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
