Activities
1. To promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. To adopt & demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.
2. To ensure that safe and ethical working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his/her activities.
3. To ensure that state of the art, TEEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.
4. To work by anticipation. To assess and to identify risks for the PBF activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level.

6. To promote digitalization and innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs (3C initiatives) without impairing QHSE objectives.
7. Focal point for key logistic activities such as: personnel logistic, MWS, offshore rotational planning and as defined by hierarchy to support PBF needs at best. Communication and reporting:
8. To keep the SURF OPERATION ENGINEER, SURF Installation Manager & SURF Project Package Leaders and other parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status in particular on operational activities and HSE related actions/decisions.
9. To liaise with his management for logistic optimization/improvement.
10. To work by anticipation by being proactive in resolving issues. Assess and identify risks for the SURF activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level
11. To Interface with the logistic teams of TEPA in order to deliver the most optimum solutions for projects. During Project Execution Phase:
12. To assist the SURF Operation Engineer for the in-country coordination of the personnel and equipment logistics
13. To participate to the review/validation of all necessary operational procedures & documents, and monitoring of logistics for offshore operations.
14. To participate in all necessary meetings with Contractors (weekly progress, monthly status, technical ...).
15. To support SURF PBF Operation Engineer for estimation/monitoring of the schedule associated to the activities under his responsibility
16. To Follow/supervise logistics activities ensuring that they are carried out in a good workmanship in accordance with project requirements, Company procedures, strict compliance to HSE regulations and QA/QC policy within the agreed schedule. Internal and external interfaces:

Context and environment
PBF is the brownfield project division of TEEPA and benefits of a matrix organization. It's managing projects from FEED/Basic Engineering to Startup/ hand-over to Block Field Operation teams.
The nature of the brownfield projects, i.e. most of the execution activities offshore are executed in SIMOPS on live FPSOs (Girassol, Dalia, Pazflor, CLOV on Block 17 and Kaombo Norte and Sul on Block 32) and congested seabed, increases the risks and consequently the challenges of the projects (co-activities with other projects and maintenance activities, minimization of production shortfalls...).
PBF is managing EPC contracts with major international Contractors but also local players including onshore prefabrication in Angola, offshore construction and Installation (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors).
Accountabilities
The SURF team will work on all the ongoing PBF projects through a SURF transverse organization. The Service holder will work on several PBF projects for which, the installation phases preparation and execution will occur at the same time. The Service holder shall be able to work easily in a transverse team with a need for a clear communication with all stakeholders The Service holder will be also accountable for respecting HSE rules and requirements and for ensuring their application within their scope of responsibility. The Service holder will be an in-country relay for the SURF PBF Installation Manager, assisting SURF Operation Engineer for the logistic aspects associated to the different PBF SURF offshore campaigns.
Qualifications/Experience required Qualification:
Logistic Degree Professional Experience: 10 years Experience in similar position in Angola: more than 5 years Languages: English oral and written mandatory, Portuguese and French advantageous Additional skills for the position:
• Good communication for interfacing with Affiliate entities and Contractors are required
• Good knowledge in logistic subjects, such as: vessel mobilization, personnel and equipment logistics, MWS activities, load-out activities, offshore planning and SIMOPS activities
