Job Description
Develop treasury activities such as cash flow, foreign exchange, debt and capital management as well as provide analytical and technical support on treasury related activities
Responsibilities:
• Cash Flow; Support in the preparation of Cash Flow.
• Manage accounts payable (international).
• Process invoice entry and payment (B2P).
• Contact and support to suppliers.
• Bank reconciliation/control; guarantee financial records of all cash inflows and outflows (bank transactions).
• Banking relationship; contacts and control of powers and registry updates with banks (support with registry updates with banks and other financial institutions).
• Insurance and Guarantees/Guarantees; Commercial support in the management of Insurance and Guarantees; Carry out contracts/rollovers and settlements of operations with financial derivatives (Hedge/Swap), as well as analysis and reports related to the subject (Operations map and launch of MTM).
• Support to the External Audit; Support for monthly/quarterly/annual closing.
• Support in the implementation of new procedures related to the area
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar (degree)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the accounts payable department.
Management of different banking portals
Experience in SAP management (desirable)
Intermediate English (desirable)
Hybrid 2 times a week
Communication skills
Self-management, High analytical capacity
