At Eni, we are looking for a HR Administration Advisor within Agip Karachaganak BV, in Astana, Kazakhstan. You will be responsible for planning, reporting, selection and recruitment activities, for the company and its affiliates.

About Agip Karachaganak BV

Agip Karachaganak B.V. is the Kazakhstan Branch and is part of the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Industry. The branch was created to represent the interests in state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the business partners of the company's functions in the RoK in the oil and gas sector on financial and tax matters.

As a member of the Human Capital & Services Department, you will be responsible for:
  • HR Planning & Reporting process, its implementation and execution.
  • Recruitment, along with implementation of recruitment plan approved.
  • Initiating the internal movements within the company based on request and approval of relevant counterparts, in compliance with relevant procedures.
  • Ensuring transparency and compliance of contract conditions when working with local recruitment agencies for headhunting services.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits, collecting results and following up action plans.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
  • University degree.
  • Proven experience in similar roles or petroleum projects.
  • Analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Solid knowledge of labour legislation.
