  • Under broad direction, optimizes account potential by directing activity of the account team.
  • Maximizes and sustains profitability of the client and market penetration/share by matching the total array of the company's technical, commercial and operational capabilities to the client's needs.
  • Develops working relationships with client's management.
  • Identifies and accesses resources required to serve client's current and future needs.
  • Is an integral member of the BD team.
  • The Account leader will work closely with Company team in developing a comprehensive business Plan.
  • Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or similar disciplines and minimum of 3~5 years of related sales experience.
  • Account Leader needs to exhibit attributes such as; a recognized team builder including relationship building both internal and external to ESG, good communication skills, motivator and innovative business skills.
  • Good understanding and comprehensive knowledge of competitor and local upstream markets, contracting and financial strategies.
  • Good communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
  • Due to project requirements only open for Indonesian Passport Holder.
  • Placement: Pekanbaru - Riau, Sumatra
