· Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Science / Safety Management, or equivalent

· ISO Auditor Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 50001, and ISO 22301), or equivalent.

· Experience in implementing, maintaining, and transitioning certified management systems as well as developing new management systems preferably at a petrochemical company.

· The HSEQ Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining certified management systems, overseeing internal audits and document control, ensuring update of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and transitioning the management systems to the latest edition of the International Standard. The job holder spearheads establishment, development, and implementation of new management systems subscribed by the organization to attain certification against the International Standard. The job holder shall also provide support to team members and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

· In addition, the HSEQ Compliance Specialist is responsible for facilitating and participating in monthly management level safety inspection at the Plant facilities for the purpose of identifying adverse situations and at-risk conditions related to employee health, workplace safety, environmental impact, physical security, and operational practices.
