Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Modification Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to modify approximately 1,500 documents in various formats such as Word, Excel, and PDF. This includes replacing logos, updating text (e.g., website addresses, company names), and modifying headers or footers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Modify and update approximately 1,500 documents in Word, Excel, and PDF formats.
  • Replace logos and update text as required (e.g., website addresses, company names).
  • Modify headers and footers of documents.
  • Conduct thorough document review and formatting to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Download, extract, and upload files as part of the document modification process.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all modifications are accurate and consistent.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in maintaining documents and data entry is desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
  • Familiarity with Docusign.
  • Experience with databases, including downloading, extracting, and uploading files.
  • Methodical approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and sit for long hours in front of a computer.
Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills.
Work Environment:
  • This role involves repetitive tasks and requires the ability to sit for long periods.
  • The work is primarily computer-based.

Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Type: In-person training period and to be followed by a remote work schedule
