Job Duties and QualificationsJob Description - Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of the Employee Relations Department.
- Possesses subject matter expertise in Employee Relations and working closely with the Legal Department, responds to, investigates and resolves statutory and Company policy issues related to employee concerns and/or complaints.
- Coordinates, directs and resolves escalated employee conflict resolution matters.
- Analyzes and interprets HR data into meaningful recommendations and actions to drive strategic value for the organization.
- Advises HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices.
- Manages the candidate Individual Assessment background investigation process and U.S. compliance reporting.
- Conducts training that informs employees and/or management about the Company's position to provide a positive work environment for all employees.
- Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
Requirements- Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from HR Specialist II to Senior HR Specialist.
