Positions Summary - Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving engineering problems during the development and application of new and improved products and processes.

Requirements R&D Electrical/Electronic Engineer (System Engineer) - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline.
- Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D is preferred.
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams located in different locations/countries.
- Experience in design of complex systems solutions including several engineering disciplines for Oil & Gas, mining and/or aerospace industry.
- Experience in designing solutions for subsea applications and well control involving multiple disciplines.
- Experience in designing solutions for well intervention applications involving multiple disciplines.
- Experience with equipment deployments on vessels.
- Advanced working knowledge in electronic circuit design and in commonly used circuit simulators (LTSPICE, PSPICE, etc.) and math tools (Matlab, MathCAD, etc.) applied to embedded systems in harsh environments (O&G, mining or aerospace).
- Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to more junior engineers as needed.
- Knowledge and participation in patent processes.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports regularly to various stakeholders.
- Experience defining requirements and reviewing proposals from third party (manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers).
- Knowledge of vessels structure and process.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in leading Risk Assessment, FMEA, other reliability tools.
- Knowledge and working experience in oil field equipment.
