How to contribute to our vision

Accountable for management of Service Operation Vessel delivered site operations.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Active safety leadership when in the turbine and in the Wind Farm
  • Ensure correct reporting of incidents and accidents, near misses and unsafe acts and conditions. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SGRE standards relation to EHS, Quality and Service delivery (E.g Sphera reporting)
  • Answers operational questions from Service Technicians as well as supporting their development
  • Provide assistance and where required hands on technical capability / competence to support field operations
  • Responsible for technical and safety documentation production and management. You will also drive and develop Risk Assessments and
  • Method Statements for work packages / tasks. In addition to developing and delivering technical and safety Tool Box Talk's.
  • Using established remote diagnostic tools and systems to optimize WTG availability
  • Technical lead for the management / delivery of technical queries with Service Technology and field staff. You will be responsible for the remote diagnosis of turbine faults and direct technical supervision of critical tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with customer and contractual obligations whilst executing work packages / tasks. Whilst ensuring compliance with site rules and regulations
  • Responsible for technician competency development and mentoring both for customer and SGRE technicians.
  • Maintain efficient timescales for delivery of service activities, assist in the creation of daily, weekly plans for site teams as in conjunction with Service Planner / Service Coordinator.
  • Report EHS issues in SPHERA, participate at LEAN@Site program
