How to contribute to our vision
For our Service Management team in Viotia Area & North/West Greece, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician-Team Leader for helping our local team covering the wind farms in the region while keeping high service standards both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be responsible of the completion of technical tasks as: basic commissioning of products and systems, preventive maintenance tasks, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, or maintenance jobs. Some administrative and managerial tasks will be part of your day as reporting of activities on sites, the coordination with other internal teams, supporting your work colleagues in their professional development or supporting our clients both remotely and onsite in case of arising issues.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds a basic academic degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in the renewable energies sector or a similar industrial field.
Fluent Greek and English are requested for this position, also a good physical condition and suitability to work in heights and in confined spaces. The ideal candidate should also be used to work with MS Office and have a driving license to move in between the different wind farms to be served and able to promote safety culture.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and ability to work by your own, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration and team working skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts.
