Partner with the best

In this role, you'll be responsible for Coordinating the achievement of the module piping test circuits completion performed by contractors or in direct hiring, as defined in the project plans and schedules. Coordinate the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments. Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame.

As a Test Pack piping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected

• Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements

• Prepare test packs execution schedule in accordance with construction and commissioning requirements

• Set up the proper tools to control the test packs flow and achieve the progressive completion of piping system. Interface with the construction team (mechanical, welding, instrumentation) and with the engineering and quality site team

• Steer daily coordination meetings with contractors and internal site organization, in order to optimize the schedule of activities

• Provide reports on progress of work and statistical data

• Coordinate the walkthroughs in order to finalize test packs and reinstatements, producing quality certificates

• Manage the test packs flow with the Client

• Manage the punch list close-out with internal organization and Client

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a BSc Engineering from an accredited university with good experience in Manufacturing or Field environment
  • Have a high consciousness of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
  • Preferred experience in construction and piping/mechanical discipline
  • Display an ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment
  • Have knowledge of the principles of Lean manufacturing is preferred.
  • Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit
