You will be part of Information & Digital Technology (IDT) team. IDT provides end-to-end capability for digital technology innovation, supporting the business with clear and simple interfaces to deliver business value at speed. You will be working closely with Workday & Automation team under IDT. What's the role

• Translate business requirements/user stories into HR IT solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions to fulfill business requirements.
• Ensuring timely and quality deliverables as per Shell standards by pro-actively managing work and mitigating security risks.
• Collaboratively engage with natural teams including virtual DevOps, HR Services, and Legacy systems teams.
• Contribute to the Agile environment by thinking out of the box and continuously wanting to structurally improve the ways of working, the technical stability and the speed in which changes are delivered.

What we need from you

• 5-10 years of experience in software development within which at least 1+ years is focused on Workday Automation
• Graduation in BE / BTech / MCA is required for this role
• Hands-on development experience in Workday Integration, Workday Reporting, Workday Security or Workday HCM
• Knowledgeable on Workday Processes like Talent & Recruiting (end-to-end configuration and implementation support)
• Good understanding of integration across applications (both HR applications and non-HR applications)
• Knowledgeable with Agile framework and relevant tools such as VSTS, ServiceNow etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
