The Area Service Delivery Manager for the West Coast owns the P&L and the execution of the company's strategy. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter individual that can lead a strong team to grow market share and expand the customer network.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

 

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our core values , and non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
  • Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
  • Being accountable for performance in front of customers and is the first point of contact for service delivery performance in front of customers.
  • Ensuring flawless service delivery execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process
  • Being accountable for readiness of personnel, equipment and product to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team if necessary
  • Being accountable for Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC) implementation and discipline in the area of responsibilities
  • Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
  • Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
  • Driving the culture of discipline of the 5 Fundamentals of Service Delivery: project and deployment, readiness, risk assessment, management of change, incident management, iMtJC process compliance
  • Working closely with the Materials/Supply Chain organization to properly forecast equipment needed to deliver revenue objectives while being cognizant of inventory impact to cashflow

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline or relevant industry experience within product line
  • 5+ years of experience as field/remote engineer, applications engineer or similar, service delivery coordinator
  • Display excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a global matrix organization
  • Display a proven ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders

 


Desired Characteristics:

 

 

 

  • Prior experience managing people
  • Financial acumen around profit and loss statement ownership

The salary range for this position is $129,200 - $228,900 USD if employed in California.

*Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023
