Responsibilities
Our Fleet Administrator/Coordinator has responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating the operation of data integrity for the company owned vehicles. Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles. This job may also have the responsibility of allocation of drivers and vehicle to support operation. Plans fleet growth requirements.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Manage and update computerized vehicle and equipment inventory software.
- Provide reports to upper management for use as budgetary and planning applications.
- Insure that company fleet is utilized to the highest degree by determining proper placement of equipment, and making timely transfers in order to avoid the unnecessary purchase of new equipment.
- Maintain daily and monthly inspection of vehicles
- Insure vehicles and trailers are clean and in good repair, including coordination of maintenance and repairs
- Insure that vehicles and personnel are DOT compliant
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of related experience including invoicing, payment processing, data entry and auditing
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data using Excel or other tools
- Ability to formulate and format fleet inventory reports as required
- Familiarity with all types of rolling fleet stock
- Familiarization with retail and wholesale vehicle pricing preferred
- Ability to analyze expense and invoices in order to control fleet operating cost
- Associates degree in similar discipline preferred
