Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently looking for a projet coordinator to join our team in Dubai,UAE.

Role Responsiblities:

 

  • Support projects team in variation logging and submission to client through client's systems
  • Prepare weekly progress dashboards and collect data required for the development of these dashboards
  • Coordination of project meetings, client reviews and engagement sessions
  • Focal point for project change register across the portfolio which includes collecting and logging client driven changes on regular basis
  • General support to projects team on daily basis

 


Skills / Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry
  • Skills in persuasion, negotiation and communication
  • Highly organised
  • Takes initiative
  • Capable of working to specific procedures
  • Acts in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner in dealings with others
  • Upholds and role models Company Values
