Activities
1. Promote TotalEnergies values & safety culture within the project and managed activities. Lead by example, coach team members and colleagues to adhere and contribute.
2. Ensure safe and ethical working practices are carried out within managed or interface activities.
3. Be conversant with latest revision of CLIENTS referential, ensure these and local rules/laws are complied with and captured within contractual requirements.
4. Contribution to the reporting of anomalies and incidents and participate as well to diagnosis and corrective actions Electrical Tasks
5. Assistance to the operation and maintenance strategy for electrical equipment, especially related to High Voltage electrical equipment
6. Management of High Voltage electrical equipment (switch boards, switchgears, electrical motors) documentation, such as supplier documents, manuals, procedures, drawings etc
7. Management of Electrical Control System (ECS), Power Distribution Control System (PDCS), Power Management System
(PMS) and any other associated Power generation and distribution management system.
8. Give technical assistance for other subject especially related to low voltage electrical equipment
9. Participate in electrical engineering studies
10. Participation to the reception of the studies/developments/equipment for HV & main LV Electricity
11. Assistance of site operation as required: detection of the anomalies, diagnosis of the failures,
12. installation of the plans of repairing of the equipment, validation of the technical solutions suggested,
13. Follow up of the trading of salesmen and/or suppliers.
14. Be aware of all major electrical regulation and Total GS
15. Technical follow-up of ECS SMC (Electrical Control System Specific Maintenance Contract)
16. Preparation of SD (Shut Down partial or complete) for HV and main Low Voltage Electrical activities Contractor Supervision
17. Verification of the management of electricity spare parts while complying with prescribed methods and strategies,
18. Follow up for the purchasing of replacement parts and necessary stock materials,
19. Audit of Contractors when required,
20. Supervision of maintenance contractor's preparation and scheduling activity.
Context and environment
PBF is the brownfield project division of CLIENTS and benefits of a matrix organization. It's managing projects from FEED/Basic
Engineering to Startup/ hand-over to Block Field Operation teams.
The nature of the brownfield projects, i.e. most of the execution activities offshore are executed in SIMOPS on live FPSOs (Girassol, Dalia,
Pazflor, CLOV on Block 17 and Kaombo Norte and Sul on Block 32) and congested seabed, increases the risks and consequently the challenges
of the projects (co-activities with other projects and maintenance activities, minimization of production shortfalls...).
PBF is managing EPCI contracts with major international Contractors but also local players including onshore prefabrication in Angola, offshore
construction and Installation (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors).
Accountabilities
• To ensure that COMPANY HSSE standards are applied throughout the various stage of execution of the Contract.
• To Manage Electrical preparation team in their long and mid-term tasks.
• To ensure the operation and maintenance strategy for electrical equipment
• To carry out regular audits on site's electrical installations, follow and work on clearing relevant punch list,
• To Provide relevant REX to the Electrical trade (head office).
• To Contribute to the integration of future DB17 development.

Qualifications/Experience required
• Professional Experience (years): 10 - 15 years
• Engineering Bac +2 level with specialization in Electrical Systems (Engineer)
• Experience in electrical Power generation, distribution, control and management systems with 10 year's experience on transformers, HV/LV switchboards, HV/LV Motors, ECS and PMS.
• Experience in industrial maintenance (over 5 years) and maintenance methods.
• Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity and strong technical knowledge
• UNISUP PM / MM knowledge.
• Good knowledge of the mechanics of gas turbines, pumps, motors, instrumentation and control
• Good communication skills, organizational skills and positive attitude.
• Languages: English mandatory
