Roles and Responsibilities: - Support the Systems Performance strategy, workflows and communication plan to internal and external audience
- Promote Systems Performance capabilities within the company and among customers
- Evaluate customer needs to create opportunities for systems evaluations
- Develop required studies, reports and other deliverables as aligned with customer requirements
- Review and filter potential Systems Performance opportunities
- Prepare proposals to fulfill client's requirement
- Develop engineering studies oriented to maximize the performance of individual process equipment or complete units
- Provide expert opinions, analysis, and recommendations to internal or external customers
- Discuss sales and service engagements opportunities with external customers
- Participate in external shows and events to promote the team service
- Perform internal and external personnel training
- Organize technical reviews of customer assets to determine the best path of action for optimization and maximization of performance
- Participate in Digital strategy deployments for customer assets
- Assist in the startup and commissioning activities for supplied equipment and facilities
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot operations
- Develop project-specific pre-commissioning, and commissioning manuals including mechanical completion checklists
- Assist in the definition of required spare parts packages for company equipment
- Support operations optimization for a lower carbon footprint
Qualifications and Experience: - 10+ years relevant experience within the Oil and Gas industry
- Engineering Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and company enterprise software
- PL product knowledge
- Operation and field experience
